Grading Guide

Every pre-owned item we sell is graded by hand before it's listed, so you know exactly what lands on your doormat. Here's what each grade means for every kind of item we stock.

Used

Games & consoles

Light signs of use. Clean labels, clean discs, minimal wear.

Visible wear on the case, label or shell. Plays and works as it should.

Well-loved and showing it. Priced to match its past life.

Discs & tapes

Disc or tape clean with only light surface marks. Case and artwork bright and tidy.

Light scratches or a worn case and sleeve. Plays through without skipping.

Noticeable scratches, a scuffed case or faded sleeve. Tested and still plays.

Plushies

Soft, clean fur with no bald patches. Colours bright, tags often still attached.

Some fluffing or light fading from cuddles. Seams secure, tags may be missing.

Well-cuddled, with some matting or fading. Cleaned, intact and ready for a new home.

Figures & toys

Crisp paint, firm joints, no breaks. Displayed more than played with.

Minor paint rubs or slightly loose joints. All main parts present.

Clear play wear, paint loss or loose joints. Still looks great on a shelf.

Clothing

Fabric and print crisp, colours strong. No holes, stains or bobbling.

Some fading, light bobbling or a cracked print. Seams and stitching sound.

Clearly worn, with fading, small marks or print wear. Washed and still plenty of life left.
